ORAL SURGERY/EXTRACTIONS (with or without sedation)

If you are a non patient of ours and you require oral surgery with or without sedation and you have a current general dentist, please ask them to refer you via our dentist referral form.

If you do not have a current general dentist then please contact us on 01953 603360 to book a consultation direct, our oral surgeon will then discuss your surgery requirements with you. A standard fee is payable.

Please note that only the oral surgery treatment will be carried out, you will need to find a general dentist for your continued dental care as only the agreed surgery will be treated at Peppermint.

Arriving for an appointment? Please be assured that we take all precautions necessary to protect you and our staff when visiting the Practice.

As we approach winter, if you have a cough, a cold or an active cold sore less than 2 weeks old, please consider rebooking your appointment, if you are unsure, please contact reception at least 24hrs before your appointment on 01953 603360 and they will obtain the advice of your clinician.

NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT?

Please be aware that patient short notice cancellations WITHIN 24HRS or a failure to attend your appointment will incur a full time charge which will be added to your account. This charge will need to be settled before making any new appointment.

If you wish to cancel or change your appointment please provide at least 24hrs notice to avoid a charge being applied to your account.

EMERGENCY TREATMENT

Our ‘out of hours’ emergency service is available for active Peppermint registered patients only, please call 01953 603360 and the ‘out of hours’ message will explain what to do.

Please note: If you are not a patient on the Peppermint Plan an emergency call out fee of £250.00 will apply.
