Peppermint is a wholly private dental practice we are sorry but we do not provide NHS treatments

Due to the pressure of increased workload and our commitment to give our existing patients the care they deserve, we will not be able to see patients who have not attended for checkups within the last two years.

Please be assured that we take all precautions necessary to protect you and our staff when visiting the Practice.

Due to the relaxation of restrictions within medical establishments, the wearing of face coverings for patients and staff within the Practice has become optional.

• Please arrive only within 5 minutes of your appointment time

Peppermint Dental Centre is able to provide examinations and treatments to our active registered patients who have seen us within the last two years and have regular dental examinations with us. You should have had regular dental examinations with us ideally every six months but always within two years, in order to remain a registered and active patient. If you have not had a dental examination (not just treatment), within the last two years, we regret we will not be able to see you now even for emergency treatment and your patient registration will be placed inactive and you will need to locate a different dental practice.

If you are a non patient of ours requiring oral surgery with/without sedation, please ask your current dentist to contact us via our referral form - A referral form is always required for us to consider treatment

Please be aware that patient short notice cancellations or a failure to attend your appointment will incur a charge - If you wish to cancel or change your appointment please provide 24hrs notice to avoid a charge being applied to your account.

Our ‘out of hours’ emergency service is available for active Peppermint registered patients only, please call 01953 603360 and the ‘out of hours’ message will explain what to do. For non-Peppermint Plan patients an emergency call out fee of £250.00 will apply.
