Growing up in West Norfolk, Clare qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2001, going on to study Dental Hygiene and Therapy at Leeds Dental Institute. After qualifying in 2004, Clare moved to Norwich.

Clare worked with Kate and Michelle when they opened Peppermint Dental in 2007, she left to have her children in 2010 before returning.

Clare continues to work in the Community Dental Service in Norwich, treating anxious children and adults with special needs. She is married with a son, daughter and a cat called Teddy.
